Dr. Agnieszka Ludwików, Prof. UAM

UAM Prof. Agnieszka Ludwików, director of the Doctoral School of Natural Sciences, received her PhD degree (2006) and habilitation (2016) from the Faculty of Biology at UAM. In 2003, she received a Marie Curie Training Site grant for a research stay at the University of Manchester in the laboratory of Patrick Gallois, where she gained expertise in microarray analysis. Her research focuses on signaling processes in plants. She is an expert in functional genomics, biochemistry, proteomics, interactomics and RNAseq transcriptomics. is a PI in many NCN projects, EU COST Action project and POWER projects. In 2016, she became the head of the PhD program at the Faculty of Biology, UAM. Since 2017, she has been the head of the Biotechnology Laboratory at IMBB, and since 2019 she has been the Director of the Doctoral School of Life Sciences.
