He began his career in clinical research conducted for BigPharma. He was the first in Poland to create a Data Management department and an electronic system for handling clinical trials (e-CRF). In parallel, he worked as a management expert in, among others, PZU, MSZ, PKO BP SA, PKP, Wroclaw City Hall, implementing project management systems and as an advisor to the board of directors.

Initiator of MedTech start-ups, which he independently created and recapitalized with private funds. Creator and former CEO of BridgeAlfa investment fund with capitalization of about PLN 50 million, financing the MedTech industry.

Originator and CEO of MediSensonic, a company developing innovative medical products such as a noise-free glucose meter, a label-free blood pressure monitor and an apnea therapy mattress.
