He created and implemented several dozen development projects in Poland and abroad, including: for the Croatian Government, worked for the UN, the European Commission and the Council of Europe, cooperated with large consulting companies in Poland and abroad, including: WYG International, BoozHamilton, LRDP Kantor, PwCitp. Currently, he manages a dynamically developing group of companies operating in the field of education and innovation, and conducts debates with the participation of politicians, entrepreneurs, local government officials and non-governmental organizations.

Over the last 20 years, he has trained several thousand people in Poland and abroad.
