Prof. Regina Lenart-Gansiniec

Regina Lenart-Gansiniec, Ph.D., professor at the Jagiellonian University, holds a postdoctoral degree in management science and quality, and is a university professor in the Department of Management of Higher Education Institutions at the Institute of Public Affairs in the Faculty of Management and Social Communication. He specializes in strategic management issues, especially knowledge management, organizational learning and crowdsourcing. In her research she uses quantitative and qualitative research methods. She is the manager and implementer of several research projects funded by unijnished funds, the National Science Center (SONATA and OPUS) and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. She serves as editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Contemporary Management. He is a member of the scientific board of Learning Organization and Innovation Journal. He participates in the work of international and national scientific associations: European Group for Organizational Studies, Social Science and Humanities Research Association Eurasia Research, International Society for Professional Innovation Management, European Citizen Science Association, Polish Economic Society, Scientific Society of Organization and Management. Member of the Committee on Culture and Media Management of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences. Scholarship recipient of the Minister of Science and Higher Education Award for Outstanding Achievements (2019-2022). Recipient of a total of four Rector's Awards of the Jagiellonian University for organizational achievements in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 (each year since employment). Recipient of the Scientist of the Future 2022 award in the "Research of the Future" category.
