He works at the Department of Organic Food at the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Her research activities include organic farming, the nutritional value of organic raw materials and the impact of organic food consumption on human and animal health. She has published more than 200 scientific papers, 49 of them in high-scoring journals.
She is president of the M. Górny Organic Agriculture Forum association, whose goal is to popularize organic agriculture among the public and promote its products, as well as to inspire and support science that contributes to the development of organic agriculture in Poland.

Prof. Rembiałkowska is involved in a number of national and international research and implementation projects related to organic agriculture and food. She serves on the boards of several Polish and global organizations promoting this topic (FQH, OFSP, ISOFAR); she is a leader of the international ENOAT network.
