As KInnovation Shaper at Huge Thing, Maryla supports large organisations with innovation-related processes. This includes, but is not limited to: diagnosing, analysing and (re-)designing processes, creating innovation frameworks, structuring the work of innovation teams and supporting collaboration with startups. As Head of Knowledge, Maryla is responsible for the materialisation and transfer of knowledge and talent management in the Huge Thing team. She designs and creates new products/services based on internal resources.

Experienced designer of (public) programmes supporting the startup ecosystem in Poland. In her professional experience, as an Expert in the Startup Development Department at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), Maryla co-created, among others, the Scale UP programme - the first public acceleration programme connecting startups with corporations.
