Marek Oleksyn
I advise and represent national and international clients in matters related to the protection of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, designs, know-how, copyrights, databases and internet domain names. I support entrepreneurs in aspects related to counteracting unfair competition. I draft and negotiate agreements regarding the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and research and development agreements. I assist in technology transfer projects and issues related to employee creativity.
I am the author of many publications in this area. I teach at Lazarski University in Warsaw, including postgraduate courses in "Law in the business of new technologies", "Environmental law" and "Labour and social insurance law".
