He graduated in Economic Cybernetics and Computer Science at the Academy of Economics in Krakow, where he also lectured. He is a co-founder of the "Sterling Angles" Business Angels Association, a member of the Society of Polish Economists, and in 2011-20015 he was the President of the EU Alumni Corporation.

He was on the Management Board of the RMF Group for 16 years, including its President for 2.5 years.  He was responsible for the development of the Group, participated in the process of introducing it to the WSE, supervised subsidiaries, including as a member of the Supervisory Board of "Interia PL" S.A. These were the first startups in which he participated.  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Autentia, a startup introducing electronic signatures to the market.

He was the chairman of the Supervisory Board of "E-Kiosk" S.A. for over 12 years.  and member of the Supervisory Board of "Gremi Media" S.A. publisher of "Rzeczpospolita" and "Parkiet". He is an investor in scabs from the leisure and technology industry - AdTonos, Open Quiz, Qlac Listny Cud.
