He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at Poznań University of Economics. As a manager with several years of experience in the metalworking industry, on a daily basis, he manages the family company FLUDRA, which has been operating on the market since 1930 and employs more than 150 people. He holds a master's degree in the locksmith profession, thus supporting vocational education in the local labour market. As Chief Technologist and Coordinator of the Research and Development unit, he conducts and supervises research and development work on innovative technology projects that are later applied in the daily operation of the company. He is involved in numerous social and charitable activities, including the "Charity Run Five with Fludra", of which he is the initiator and organiser. Together with his wife Anna, he actively participates in it every year. Privately, he is a happy dad of three sons and an avid mountain climbing, running and football enthusiast.
