Dr n. med. Maciej Tadeusz Michalak

Polish dentist, medical director of Maestria Clinic

Maciej Michalak, M.D., graduated with honours from the Rector of the Medical University of Lublin, Faculty of Medicine with a Dental Department of the Medical University of Lublin, and from the Medical Entity Management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2016, he defended his doctorate in medical sciences at his home university. He worked at the Military Institute of Aviation Medicine in Warsaw. First and only Pole in the World Academy of Growth Factors & Stem Cells in Dentistry. Obtained the 2nd Degree of International Master of Advanced Oral Surgery and Implantology, at the Aldo Moro University of Bari, Italy. Coordinator of the practical training of the 2016 FDI Congress. Co-founder and President of the Board of BE ACTIVE DENTIST. President of the PTSS General Assembly from 2010 to 2013, currently Honorary Member. Member of the Presidium of the General Board of the Polish Dental Society since 2018. Winner of the national Student Nobel Prize in Medicine and Health Sciences and Primus Inter Pares Award 2009. Author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications in Polish and foreign journals. He has a scientific output punctuated with an Impact Factor index of 4.127 and 190 points MNiSW, Hirsh index equal to 2. Author of the design of the ultra-thin UNIVERSE 2.9 dental implant, manufactured by a renowned Swiss company IML. Member of the Mensa association.
