Professionally, she was associated with banking and the capital market for years. She worked for Citigroup, implementing processes related to the valuation of investment funds, including migrating these processes to Poland. She dealt with investments on the debt instruments market with investment funds and implemented projects to obtain financing for enterprises in a brokerage house.

Associated with the National Center for Research and Development since 2020. She was responsible for supervision and cooperation with international venture funds and managed the area of ​​financial and substantive service of project co-financing agreements and projects concluded by the Centre.

A graduate of economics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and postgraduate studies in innovation management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Participant of Executive MBA studies at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
