Employed at the Polish Patent Office since 2012, currently as Deputy Director of the Innovation and Communication Department. Involved in the organization of educational and information and promotional activities in the field of intellectual property protection, including national and international projects. Since 2016. - Member of the Budget Committee of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). In 2008-2011, chief specialist at the Implementing Authority for European Programs. In 1999-2008 employee of the Foundation for Small and Medium Enterprises (Regional Financing Institution), responsible for the organization of many training and information projects (e.g., International Small Business Congress), in addition, accredited consultant advising business start-ups and SMEs on how to obtain support under aid programs, coordinator of the Mazovian network of consulting and advisory points and head of the investment grants department. She has conducted many training courses on the implementation of EU projects, as well as the protection of intellectual property.
