He has been associated with the broadly understood marketing and PR industry for 15 years, gaining experience in its individual sectors. During his first years of work, he dealt with online advertising, then journalism.

For 8 years he has been running organizations that strengthen the prestige, build a positive and interesting image of Polish science and the R&D sector, and increase society's awareness of contemporary Polish scientists and innovators.

He completed bachelor's studies at the University of Silesia, majoring in Political Science, specializing in Journalism and Social Communication, and completed additional master's studies at the Upper Silesian University of Commerce. The topics of the diploma theses concerned advertising on the Internet. Both in terms of its characteristics and the effectiveness of individual forms.

Also completed postgraduate studies at the European University of Applied Sciences. Fr. Józef Tishner in the field of Information Technology in Marketing, where the diploma thesis was based on developing an original strategy for introducing a new product to the market.

The previous education was complemented by completing management studies based on the structure of the MBA Program at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Currently, as part of his doctoral dissertation at the Silesian University of Technology entitled: "Image management in R&D projects as a key factor in the commercialization strategy and implementation of innovative products and services", he is creating the concept of scientist branding and building a model of image management for research and development works.
