Dr. Rafal Batkowski - Police Inspector - during almost 25 years of service, among others: Head of the Board of Anti-Terrorist Operations at the National Police Headquarters (KGP), Deputy Director of the Bureau of Prevention and Road Traffic of the KGP, Provincial Police Commander of Mazovia and Greater Poland, and Director of the Bureau of International Police Cooperation of the KGP - Head of the National INTERPOL Bureau and Member of the EUROPOL Board. Then, responsible, among other things, for the security of F. Chopin Airport in Warsaw.

Currently: expert of CEPOL and EU projects, mainly, PROSPERES and SHRINEs (University of Lodz). Owner of RBS (Rafal Batkowski Strategies) consulting firm specializing in urban security. Honorary President of the Association of Security Experts of Poland. Director of Public Security at the Institute for Security and International Development.

He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Academy of National Defense. Academic lecturer, author of numerous publications in the field of public security, among others, in relation to countering serious threats, including terrorism, and the local, urban dimension of security and cooperation between the Police and the public.
