Biologist, specialising in the study of insects. Works at the Faculty of Biology, University of Warsaw. He teaches students about invertebrate zoology, ecology, as well as computer science and spatial information systems. For many years, she has been involved in making biodiversity information resources available through digitisation and creation of natural databases. He coordinates the activities of the National Biodiversity Information Network and represents Poland in the Global Biodiversity Information Facility, a leading global IT infrastructure providing data on species inhabiting the Earth.
