Dr.-Ing. Paweł Sikora, Prof. of the university

Manager of a research project (Horizon 2020) entitled Recycled aggregates for concrete structures made using 3D printing technology (Recycl3D)

He is employed in the Department of Civil and Communication Engineering at the West Pomeranian University of Technology. He was awarded a PhD in technical sciences in 2017 and a postdoctoral degree in 2021. His main research interests are nanotechnology and 3D printing technology in construction. He is a former Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Fellow at the Technical University of Berlin, where he developed 3D printing technology for sustainable lightweight concretes. He serves as project leader of a research project (Horizon 2020) entitled Recycled aggregates for 3D printed concrete structures (Recycl3D) with partners from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil and the United States. In 2023 and 2022, he was included in the list of the 'World's TOP 2% Scientists' compiled by analysts from Stanford University, the publishing house Elsevier and the analyst firm SciTech Strategies.
