D. in the discipline of biological sciences, has more than 10 years of experience in scientific and R&D work, is Area Leader and Quality Manager of the "Polymer" Research Laboratory in the Lukasiewicz - IMPIB Research Network. He is a specialist in the discipline of microbiology, conducts interdisciplinary work in the field of polymer plastics processing and microbiology, and coordinates research in biodegradation and biocidal properties. Topics of the Doctoral Thesis included biodegradation of polylactide (PLA) under soil conditions with the participation of selected microorganisms and plants, and the study of the impact of biotic factors and plastics on the environment. The possibility of practical use of microorganisms for environmental remediation was already dealt with during her master's thesis.
