Dr Kaja Zapędowska-Kling

Assistant professor, Faculty of International and Political Studies, University of Łódź

Doctor of social sciences, scientifically and research related to the area of ​​social policy, food policy and social gerontology. He publishes on topics related to senior policy from an international perspective. Member of the European Network for Social Policy Analysis, the Polish Society for Social Policy, the Polish Gerontological Society. Recipient of a Fulbright scholarship (University of California at Berkeley) and the National Science Center (Jonkoping University, Sweden). Currently, as the head of the "Excellence Initiative - Research University" grant, she conducts innovative research on the use of new technologies in social policy. Author of the book Social policy towards population aging in the USA and Sweden. Conclusions for Poland. Member of the Horizon Europa project team "Food Systems that Support Transitions to Healthy and Sustainable Diets" (FEAST). Assistant professor at the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the University of Łódź.
