Dr. hab. inż. Justyna Kucińska-Lipka, prof. PG
Justyna Kucińska-Lipka, Ph.D., professor at the university, is an employee of the Department of Polymer Technology, Faculty of Chemistry, PG. She was awarded the title of Doctor of Science in Chemical Technology by a resolution of the Council of the PG Chemical Faculty on 12. 12. 2007, and on 12 .09. 2018 by a resolution of the same Council she was awarded the title of Doctor of Science in Chemical Technology. In that year she was also promoted to the position of professor of the University. Since the beginning of her research career, she has been involved in the synthesis, modification and characterization of polyurethanes with applications in medicine and additive technologies (3D printing). Her current research focuses on additive technologies applicable to the fabrication of both hybrid small-molecule release systems as components of dressing layers and degradable systems with applications in otolaryngology, among others. In total, she directed 12 and performed work in 8 different scientific projects as well as in cooperation with industry.
Dr. Eng. Justyna Kucińska-Lipka has promoted 85 engineering theses and 63 master's theses until 2022, and has been a reviewer of 57 engineering theses and 46 master's theses. She is also the promoter of 7 doctoral theses (including 2 implementation theses). She has co-authored 98 bibliographic items, has 1600 citations and a Hirsch index of 19. She has also co-authored 7 Polish and international patents.
