Dr Bartłomiej Wysocki

Multidisciplinary Research Centre of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw

Bartłomiej Wysocki, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Multidisciplinary Research Centre of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where he manages the 3D Printing Laboratory and deals with the transfer of research results obtained to industry. He is the author of dozens of international articles and holds numerous granted patents and implementations concerning metal and plastic incremental technologies. For his research and implementation activities, he was, among others, awarded a scholarship by the Minister of Education and Science in 2019, the Kosciuszko Foundation in 2021, and received the UKSW Rector's Award in 2022. He collaborates with universities around the world (including those operating in the America Makes programme in the US) and companies interested in implementing or improving incremental technologies in their operations. He is a co-founder and from 2015 to 2021 was CEO of Materialscare Ltd, which provides advanced 3D printing solutions for medical needs and assists in surgeries for cancer patients.
