Agata Szeląg, PhD, is a research and didactic associate at the Wind Engineering Laboratory at the Cracow University of Technology and owner of SzA Pracownia Akustyczna. She is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology and the Cracow University of Technology, which demonstrates her interdisciplinary approach to science. She has gained recognition as co-author of numerous scientific publications, monographs and patents. To date, she has taken on the role of manager in four grant projects funded by the National Science Centre and the National Centre for Research and Development, thus confirming her management and scientific skills. Her interests cover a broad spectrum of issues related to structural, architectural and environmental acoustics. She focuses on innovation in her research work and business activities. The main focus of her research and implementation is the practical application of knowledge to improve acoustic comfort in a variety of environments - from residential buildings to public spaces.
