OZE Rentier is responsible for investment implementation, electricity sales and organisational and legal matters.

Electrical engineer and expert on renewable energy sources. In his 47-year career he has managed companies such as:

- ENERGA Hydro,

- ENERGA SA,

- Hydro Power Plant in Włocławek,

- ENERGA WIND.

As a vice-president in PGE Energia Odnawialna SA, he participated in the opinion and consultation of draft legislation in the area of RES.

He led the process of consolidation of RES assets in the ENERGA Group and supervised the construction of:

- hydroelectric power plants,

- PV installations,

- biomass units.

At the ENERGA Group, he participated in the procedure for the preparation and signing of the agreement for the largest transaction in the Polish energy sector - the purchase by the ENERGA and PGE Groups of the wind assets of the Danish company DONG and the Spanish company IBERDROLA. The value of the contract amounted to PLN 3.5 billion.

During the period when he was in charge of the Opole area in ENERGA and PGE, he repeatedly served as the President and Member of the Board of the Hydroelectric Power Plants Association.

He travelled 8,000 km alone on a motorbike in the US AP, including Route 66 and Route 1, Nordkapp in Norway.
